Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing faults found on cooling and freezing installations.

NQF Level 4–5 education required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Refrigeration Service Technician – Netherlands – Eindhoven
• Studies completed in Refrigeration or similar technician education
• Experience working on complex industrial refrigeration systems and industrial compressors
• Knowledge and experience working on electrical/mechanical systems related to refrigeration
• Carrying out maintenance, modification, installations, inspection and overhaul work as agreed with the customer
• Drawing up and maintenance reports, advising and reporting on inspections
• Supporting the implementation of maintenance schedules
• Fault resolution, maintenance and commissioning of industrial refrigeration systems to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly
• Work on diverse service projects and respond to breakdowns across various sectors, including agro, fish, and food processing
• Troubleshooting and repairing faults found on cooling and freezing installations

• Previous experience in a technical role, such as breakdown service technician or maintenance technician in refrigeration field
