We're looking for a talented Full-Cycle Sales Representative to join our team in Calgary and help drive growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

About the Role

In this position, you'll manage the entire sales process—prospecting, outreach, pitching, closing, and post-sale support. You'll be joining a company that values integrity, clear communication, and a consultative approach. This is a hybrid role: four days in our Calgary office and one day working from home.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Run discovery calls, deliver presentations, and tailor pitches to client needs
  • Manage your pipeline end-to-end, staying organised and proactive
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with management on sales strategy and reporting
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets
What We're Looking For
  • Full-cycle sales or strong outbound sales experience (1–3+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Compensation & Benefits
  • $3, / month base salary
  • Uncapped commissions, with the realistic ability to earn an additional $3,+ per month
