A leading financial services group is seeking a committed Short-Term Insurance Specialist to drive growth in its Short-Term Insurance division. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the short-term insurance sector, a strong client-centric approach, and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. This role is perfect for a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual looking for a high-impact opportunity.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling short-term insurance as a broker or tied agent.
- Must meet Fit and Proper requirements as prescribed by the FAIS codes of conduct.
Responsabilidades
- Proactively source lead-generating opportunities for a healthy sales pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed the minimum of 8.5 written policies per month.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients.
- Stay informed on competitor products and maintain continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all Insurance regulations and FAIS codes of conduct.
