Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling short-term insurance as a broker or tied agent.
• Must meet Fit and Proper requirements as prescribed by the FAIS codes of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source lead-generating opportunities for a healthy sales pipeline.
• Consistently meet or exceed the minimum of 8.5 written policies per month.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients.
• Stay informed on competitor products and maintain continuous professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all Insurance regulations and FAIS codes of conduct.
