We are looking for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can guide our technical vision and strategy.

This part-time role calls for an individual with extensive experience in AI and no-code technologies who can provide a strategic overview while hands‑on mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Define and oversee the technical strategy of the organization, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities

Lead the integration of AI and no-code tools into our existing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability

Assess new technologies and platforms, ensuring that we stay ahead of trends and leverage the best solutions available

Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles

Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and mentor tech teams

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences

Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills; able to make data‑driven decisions

Experience working in healthtech or related fields is a significant plus
