Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of proven HR and Management experience including recruitment and talent management.

  • Experience in a BPO environment is a distinct advantage.

Senior HR Business Partner – BPO Sector

Location: Cape Town (CPT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • HR & Business Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives; analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities for organizational growth.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace culture; implement programs and policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition efforts to ensure recruitment of top talent aligned with organizational values; collaborate with managers on succession planning and career development pathways.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management process – goal setting, reviews, feedback systems; provide training and support to managers on effective performance management practices.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures; foster a positive workplace environment through open communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and implement HR policies and procedures for consistency and fairness.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management; prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives – develop change management strategies and communication plans; coach leaders and managers on managing change effectively.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
  • 5–7 years of proven HR and Management experience, covering recruitment, assessments, onboarding, people development, and talent management.
  • Sound understanding of Employment Equity and Health & Safety Standards.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: R__________________ per month CTC (CTC to be confirmed).

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
