This role is ideal for someone who:

Has sold recruitment services before — either in a BD or 360 consultant capacity.
Maybe even ran their own recruitment agency and is now looking to scale back or focus on the sales side.
Is independent, tenacious, self-motivated and confident, with a proven ability to bring in new business.
Thrives in a remote environment and knows how to self-manage.
Wants to be part of something meaningful — not just “another agency”.
