- Complete daily target reports and cash flow reports accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing and reporting financial information for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily target reports and cash flow reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Import bank data into Acumatica daily.
- Ensure cashbook capturing is done regularly and accurately by the cashbook clerk.
- Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Update and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Upload and process COD suppliers on Salesforce.
- Upload creditors on Salesforce.
- Analyze and clear debit balances - centralized function at head office level.
- Manage internal transfers between branches.
- Run month-end reports from TMS.
- Maintain discretion and trustworthiness, as you will often handle confidential information.
- Display flexibility and adaptability.
- Exhibit good oral and written communication skills.
- Organize tasks effectively and multitask efficiently.
- Be proactive and take the initiative.
