3. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure alignment on project goals.
4. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
5. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and project plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
6. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing financial updates and recommendations for cost‑saving measures.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impede project progress.
8. Support the project manager in resource allocation and team management, ensuring that the right skills are applied to the right tasks.
9. Facilitate project meetings, documenting minutes and action items to ensure accountability and follow‑through.

1. Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role within the heavy industry or metallurgy sector.
2. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
