A property management company in Johannesburg seeks a qualified candidate to assist the Property Services Manager in monitoring buildings and ensuring quality standards. The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. This role requires teamwork and effective time management. To assist and engage the Property Services Manager in the monitoring of all aspects related to the management of the buildings and inspection of work to ensure that quality standards are maintained or improved.
Grade 12 (Matric), or technical qualifications related to facilities and infrastructure management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical field and or property.
Training in Occupational Health & Safety Act.
