Financial Manager position available in Rustenburg.

Our client in the Rustenburg area is are seeking a young and dynamic Junior Financial Manager to join their team consisting of 2 large trading companies and 2 small property companies. They are working in the Agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full financial management & reporting
• Reconciliations and processing of all payments and invoices
• Working on Xero Accounting
• Preparing and managing monthly & yearly budgets and financial planning
• SARS compliance and tax knowledge
• Full payroll function, including top management payroll
• FNB banking: payments, transfers and bank reconciliations
• Strategic financial planning and implementation

Role Breakdown:

• 50% Accounting
• 30% Planning, strategy & implementation
• 20% Management

Requirements:

• Strong accounting background
• Excellent SARS & tax compliance knowledge
• Payroll experience
• Ability to work independently on-site
• Experience with Xero is essential
