Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Detail Representative to be based in Gauteng, West Rand. The candidate will spend 90% of their time traveling, educating doctors about medical products, and implementing marketing strategies. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a medical field and a valid driver's license. Strong computer literacy and understanding of Microsoft Office are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Travel 90% of the time for business.
- Educate scripting doctors about products.
- Implement marketing strategies and achieve market share targets.
Skills
Education
- Bachelors degree within the medical field E.g., Biokinetics, Physiotherapy or other.
- Computer Literate
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Motor Vehicle
- Valid Drivers License
Responsibilities:
- The role holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel.
- Staying away from home on a regular basis.
- Responsible for educating scripting doctors on specific products.
- Displace the competitors using clinical evidence on company products.
- Implement the marketing strategy on the brand.
- Make appointments, and call timeously on the DR Increase our products market shares.
- Work closely with the sales counterpart to ensure stock availability.
- Daily appointment ratio of 75% a day
- Customer Split GP and specialists daily
- Achieve minimum of 85% on product assessments on a quarterly basis
- Accurate, comprehensive and timeous submission of administrative documents.
- Market share target achieved for each product.
