Responsibilities:

  • The role holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel.
  • Staying away from home on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for educating scripting doctors on specific products.
  • Displace the competitors using clinical evidence on company products.
  • Implement the marketing strategy on the brand.
  • Make appointments, and call timeously on the DR. Increase our products market shares.
  • Work closely with the sales counterpart to ensure stock availability.
  • Daily appointment ratio of 75% a day.
  • Customer split GP and specialists daily.
  • Achieve minimum of 85% on product assessments on a quarterly basis.
  • Accurate, comprehensive and timeous submission of administrative documents.
  • Market share target achieved for each product.
