A leading health and fitness club in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Service Ambassador to enhance member experiences and engagement across various club areas. This role involves controlling facility access, delivering exceptional customer service, promoting safety, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate, completion of Reception Academy, and experience in customer-facing roles. The position demands good communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for fitness, offering a rewarding opportunity to impact members' lives positively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months experience in customer-facing roles.
- Good understanding of digital platforms.
- Ability to resolve member questions and queries.
Responsibilities
