Job summary

A leading retail company in South Africa seeks a Service Advisor who is responsible for managing operational activities at the point of sale to deliver exceptional customer service. Candidates should have a Grade 12 qualification and ideally a Retail/Business Management qualification along with at least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role in a retail environment. Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a customer facing role in retail/FMCG store operations.
• Essential: Grade 12, and Maths 50% and English 50% at grade 12 level.
• Relevant Retail or Business Management qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service excellence at the point of sale and manage cash and stock.
• Direct and control operational activities in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer queries according to company policies.
• Drive promotion of Clicks clubcard to meet targets.
