1. Greet patients and visitors in a warm, courteous manner.
2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the diary.
3. Register new patients and update existing patient information.
4. Verify medical aid details and process billing information.
5. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
6. Assist with general office tasks and support medical staff as needed.
7. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

1. Matric (Grade 12).
2. Prior experience in a medical or reception role preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Computer literacy and familiarity with medical billing and office software.
5. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
