• To visit and promote Alistair Group to clients headquartered in Asia and in Africa.
• Finding ways to make our clients' businesses work better, enhancing the customer experience with clear communication and innovative solutions.

• Understanding client needs and problems and providing solutions using Alistair Group's current and potential resources, including working with the Technology Team to develop tech-driven solutions and interfaces for our Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Demonstrating a rational awareness of pricing and quoting accordingly.

• A minimum of University Graduate Degree in any relevant discipline (business / economics / logistics / mining / supply chain).
• Native Mandarin speaker (essential) & English (advanced).
• Customer Service experience (essential).
• Logistics and/or mining sectors in Southern Africa (preferred) experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills.

• Working hours - Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings.

Monday to Friday: 07:20 - 16:20
Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00
