We deliver cutting‑edge OEM solutions to the mining and minerals processing industries, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Africa to own service sales across Sub‑Saharan Africa (including South Africa).

About the Role

Location: Based in Johannesburg or Western Cape, the position requires someone to travel in and around of South Africa, including Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Focus: Service sales, key account management, and order intake growth

Scope: Africa‑wide client engagement, cross‑border sales, and solution‑driven partnerships

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with service customers through regular visits and prompt communication.
  2. Respond swiftly to breakdowns and urgent customer requests, ensuring timely support.
  3. Manage and update the CRM system effectively (customer/contact registration, installed base tracking, opportunity management, status updates).
  4. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for key accounts.
  5. Collaborate with back‑office teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
  6. Ensure complete and accurate processing of all sales transactions, including cross‑border sales calculations and final invoicing.
  7. Drive order intake (OI) growth across your designated territory.
  8. Build compelling product marketing material.
  9. Represent the brand at various events and industry forums.

Qualifications & Experience
  1. Matric essential
  2. Tertiary qualification (degree) from a recognised institution (preferably in IT, Marketing, or Sales)
  3. Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment and meet targets
  4. Previous sales, operations, or customer service experience is advantageous
  5. Fluent in English with excellent articulation and a neutral accent
  6. 3 years’ experience in IT sales
