Dis-Chem Pharmacies CJ Sales has an opportunity available for a Telesales Consultant at our Worcester Office in Cape town. The main purpose of the position is to achieve sales by presenting products or services telephonically to customers in line with standard operating procedures and maintain effective relationship with new and existing customers.

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric with English and Mathematics
  • 1 Year Pharmaceutical experience
Advantageous
  • Previous telesales experience
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Always ensure and provide feedback to customers once client query is resolved.
  • Provide feedback to customer regarding queries.
  • Process all interactions necessary for the accurate management of adherence calls.
  • Manage and report compliments and complaints through the customer service diary.
  • Adhere to customer relations practices and accurately capture employee information.
  • Assist customer with any enquiries and refer customers to the appropriate departments where applicable.
  • Ensure that customer information is dealt with in a confidential manner.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
  • Ensure effective internal communication (with regards to customer service/ benefit programme) and effective external communication.
  • Customer – feedback provided.
  • Respond to written or email enquiries on various platforms, within a reasonable time.
  • Adhere to excellent telephone etiquette at all time according to Dis-Chem standard operating procedures.
