Job summary
A governmental health department in Johannesburg is seeking an Assistant Manager for Nursing Communicable Disease Control. - R425 Diploma / Degree in Nursing allowing registration with SANC.
- A minimum of 9 years appropriate experience in nursing after SANC registration.
- Experience in Communicable Disease Control/Disease Surveillance at coordinated programme level.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize own work and that of support teams.
- Support, monitor, and evaluate disease surveillance activities.
- Conduct regular active surveillance visits to health facilities.
