Introduction
A leading South African Real Estate Agency is looking for Real Estate Agents with experience to join their dynamic team
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description/Duties:
- Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best price and terms.
- Conducting market research to determine property values.
- Preparing necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
- Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and auctions.
- Networking with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors.
- Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate markets and trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Experience in sales or real estate
- Driver’s License and own transport
Package & Remuneration
Working on Commission (50/50)
