A prestigious luxury hotel in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, is seeking a Reservation Agent. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for professional phone and written communications, handling reservation requests, and providing exceptional guest service in German, French, and English. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in the hotel industry and good computer skills, including knowledge of Opera. Join our team and contribute to delivering unforgettable luxury experiences for our guests.
