A healthcare facility in Stellenbosch is looking for a Patient Administration Manager to oversee the department, ensuring compliance with accounting processes and managing financial risks. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in debtors and managerial roles. Strong financial acumen and leadership skills are essential for this role.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To manage the Patient Administration Department and all related processes to ensure that correct accounting processes and procedures are being followed and address any issues that could affect the settlement of accounts and generation of income for the hospital to optimise revenue and cash conversion.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION :
Grade 12; Tertiary qualification with debtors / financial experience
