A care services provider in Gauteng seeks an individual to support the Home Manager with reception and administrative tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring compliance with infection control rules, and coordinating various tasks, including event management. A passion for creating a warm, safe environment for residents is essential. Join a dedicated team committed to kindness and safety.
You’ll support the Home Manager with a full range of reception, administrative and basic finance activities to ensure the Home runs smoothly.
Often the first point of contact for enquiries, you’ll demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all those who visit, live and work in our homes.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all our visitors follow the infection control rules in force at any given time, also taking the lead on coordinating any testing requirements, organising couriers and associated administrative tasks.
Assist with planning and management of events that take place in the home, including celebrating residents milestone birthdays, fetes, employee presentations or other activities planned by our Activities Coordinator.
Work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing a safe environment, as well as warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.
