Job summary

We are looking for anHR Partner – Talent & Resourcing to support recruitment activities across clinics, centres, and HQ functions. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with hands‑on coordination in a healthcare environment.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for clinical, allied health, and corporate roles
  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer documentation
  • Conduct background screening and reference checks in line with company requirements
  • Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and support timely hiring
  • Track vacancies, recruitment progress, and onboarding status
  • Support onboarding arrangements to ensure smooth entry of new hires
Required Skills/Abilities
  • At least 2years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, or resourcing roles
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment activities at the same time
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders across clinics and corporate functions
  • Prior experience in healthcare or service‑based environments is an advantage
