Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute monthly purchase forecasts for assigned brands

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

• Coordinate and arrange both local and overseas deliveries to ensure timely shipments

• Prepare and process purchase orders and shipping documentation

• Negotiate freight rates and manage freight bookings

• Collaborate with internal Sales and Technical teams to meet inventory requirements

• Communicate with overseas suppliers (especially in China) to ensure product availability and quality control

• Liaise with freight forwarders and local transporters for smooth delivery operations

• Prepare product costing and maintain up-to-date pricelists

• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Department Head

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing and shipping

• Practical knowledge in preparing Customs declarations and permit applications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers)

• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently

Salary: $2800 + VB (depending on experience)

Time: 5 days (Mon-Fri) 9-6pm
