JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing operational plans, budgets, and strategies that align with the hotel’s goals and service standards.
  • Support the management of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor room revenue performance, forecast demand, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency, guest satisfaction, and departmental productivity.
  • Ensure all guest touchpoints meet brand standards and drive continuous enhancement of service quality and operational excellence.
  • Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate departmental teams, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Oversee guest feedback channels, promptly address concerns, and implement corrective action plans to improve ratings and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments including Sales, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless communication and delivery of service.
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and cost control within the Rooms Division, optimizing resources according to business needs.
  • Prepare operational reports and updates for management on performance, challenges, and key initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Rooms Division experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience managing large operational teams.
