Job summary

A reputable electrical company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Department with daily tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized filing system, preparing sales reports, and assisting the internal sales team. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably hold a Diploma or GCE ‘O’ level, and be proficient in MS Office. Office hours are 5.5 days a week.
