We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead a key internal transformation program focused on the unification and standardization of enterprise systems and customer platforms. This is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and possesses a balance of hands‑on execution skills and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ERP or other business applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across legal, finance, sales, and IT to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Be hands‑on where needed while maintaining a strategic view of the project.
• Communicate effectively in English, tailoring messages to various audiences in a global setting.

Key Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in ERP/CRM or business application implementations. PMP certification preferred.
• Domain knowledge in Finance/Sales/Services/Marketing processes and solid experience in enterprise back‑office systems.
• Ability to adapt between hands‑on involvement and strategic oversight, depending on the situation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a track record of working in global environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions, including legal, finance, sales, and IT.
