Job summary
A leading laboratory services company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining reports. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, along with 2-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service in the science industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Lab sales, sales support or customer service in science industry.
- Ability to work well with teams and have a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer’s order accurately.
- Provide administrative sales support to sales team.
- Handle tele-sales and email enquiries.
