JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Responsible for the expansion of new sales opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
  2. Actively achieve the prescribed/committed sales volume targets.
  3. Actively expand our client base, maintain good relationship and build rapport with clients
  4. Continuously expand scope of business, business channels and market share.
  5. Assist with managing product inventory, ensure sufficient inventory at all time.
  6. Provide accurate pre-sales and after-sales services based on product characteristics and also according to client needs.
  7. Have a thorough understanding of company products, pricing and market strategy in order to negotiate independently with clients to complete consultation, quotation and signing of sales order.
  8. Follow up with accounts receivable and order delivery status regularly to ensure timely collection and delivery according to regulations. Report any issues faced during the process promptly.
  9. Maintain good communication and interaction with clients, handle complaints and returns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  10. Collect and report details on market research, front-line marketing information, user opinions and competitor information, in order to provide suggestions on marketing strategy and after-sales services of the company.
  11. Stay up-to-date on market pricing and provide market analysis, forecast report and work report on a regular basis to the company.
  12. Any other a-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  2. Minimum "O" Level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  3. Good at sales planning and target achievement.
  4. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  6. Strong understanding of the sales process, market trends and competitive landscape.
  7. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
  8. PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
