  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client engagement, contract discussion, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client enquiries and deliver appropriate customer support.
  • Work towards achieving individual sales objectives set by the company.
  • Report to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with the commercial team on sales and business development activities.
  • Prepare and submit CRM updates and sales‑related reports as required.
