• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (triggers, classes, batch, schedulable, queueable), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) for building scalable Experience Cloud sites.
• Proven experience in Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Forecasting, Territory Management).
• Proven experience in Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, CTI).
• Skilled in integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy complex business logic, workflows, flows, and automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experienced in Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Follows Salesforce best practices for coding, bulkification, security, and governor limits.
• Conducts code reviews and ensures high test coverage.
• Works closely with architects, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentors junior developers and provides technical leadership.
• Preferred certifications: Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect.
