Primary Purpose

We are looking for a Cloud System Engineer to support the maintenance, operations, and enhancement of Microsoft server platforms and related IT infrastructure. The role involves hands‑on technical work, troubleshooting, coordination with vendors and users, and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualification

• At least Diploma in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
• Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies.
• Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform, not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.
• Microsoft Server Operating System.
• RedHat.
• Ubuntu.
• Tenable VMS.
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager – MEM.
• SCCM.
• SCOM.
• SCVMM.
• F5 Load Balancer.
• At least 1‑3 years’ experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft system implementation, project management and O&S.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Experience in performing project management, handling technical challenges and liaising with users and vendors to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.

Scope of work

• Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft server systems, load balancers and proxies.
• Assist in managing compliance‑related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
• Support day‑to‑day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation and disposal processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes and other technical initiatives.
