Responsibilities
  • Drive patient safety and quality improvement projects in collaboration with clinical and industry experts.
  • Facilitate large-scale knowledge sharing and build partnerships to eliminate patient safety risks.
  • Guide project teams in process analysis, goal setting, and defining measurement indicators for sustainable improvements.
  • Design, conduct, and evaluate training programs on improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Publish best practices and manage improvement portals to encourage project registration and idea selection.
  • Prepare proposals for funding applications and conduct literature reviews, environmental scanning, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in patient safety and quality / process improvement.
  • Experience in project management and data analytics is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Experience in data management and statistical analysis.
