Job description
Roles & Responsibilities

The HRS Specialist will need to

  • Support project management within HR Services team, including system testing, communications, documentations, for payroll, leave management system migration project and any other digitalisation projects.
  • Prepare and conduct employee communications sessions related to change management plans and user experience trainings.
  • Create/maintaining an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts as it relates to the improvement of efficiency or service level for any HR process or interaction.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects with minimal supervision; follow through tasks assigned and issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform HR transactions and payroll checking within stipulated timeframe.
  • Serving as primary HR contact and develop strong relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Any adhoc projects/tasks assigned.

  • Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal relation skills; strong attention to detail in composing and proofing communications & reports
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented; excellent at problem-solving and experience in system implementation preferred
  • Well-versed in statutory regulations governing HR and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labour laws, social security, and tax obligations
  • Team player and strong customer orientation
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office 365 (ideally with Excel, PowerPoint and Power Automate) and digital savvy
