The Compliance function is a strategic partner and a trusted business enabler to the Board and senior management. It is our responsibility to ensure that the Group continuously fulfils its regulatory obligations in today’s tight and dynamic regulatory landscape. To do that, we work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and assess regulatory risks, develop practical solutions that integrate regulations into operational requirements and actively shape and promote stronger compliance culture and literacy in the Bank.
Support high‑priority strategic initiatives, particularly those requiring enhanced analytical capabilities for regulatory or internal intelligence purposes. Lead and oversee AML related projects, ensuring end‑to‑end management from initiation, planning, and execution through to monitoring and closing. Provide project plans, status updates, and communication strategies.
