Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with dry bulk carriers.
  • Experience with ship owners or operators preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Person-In-Charge (PIC) for daily vessel operations.
  • Monitor vessel positions and voyage performance.
  • Maintain necessary records and coordinate communications.

Skills

Proficiency in IMOS system
Leadership skills
Understanding of charter party agreements
Basic knowledge of insurance claims

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
