Qualifications

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance roles.
• Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards.
• Ability to take decisions and apply risk-based approach at your work.
• Flexible to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Review customer transaction history and provide insights into customer behaviour patterns.
• Ensure customer records are accurate and updated as required.
• Perform and document customer risk assessment based on collected information.
• Effective communication with customers by relevant channels.
