Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in programme operations and customer services.
  • Experience in an educational institute preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end programme operations for Executive Education and/or Graduate Programmes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage key client accounts.
  • Coordinate class operations through effective timetable planning.
  • Lead/support events such as student commencement ceremonies.
  • Review and enhance operational processes for efficiency.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings.
  • Partner with teaching staff to strengthen client-centricity.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects related to programme operations.
