We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead our Singapore marketing team while driving brand growth and commercial success across the region. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. You will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders, and ensure marketing initiatives directly support business and revenue goals.
Marketing
1. Develop and lead regional marketing strategies to support market entry, expansion, and growth across multiple countries
2. Lead, manage the Singapore marketing team, while providing guidance to the regional marketing managers in Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia in ensuring uniform campaign execution and performance
3. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new country launches, including prelaunch to post-launch campaigns
4. Design, implement and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (such as SEO/SEM, PPC, social media and email marketing) and constant website enhancement in optimizing UI/UX.
5. Work with local marketing managers on CRM programmes.
6. Track regional marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize growth and impact
7. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment (ROI)
8. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
9. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
10. Establish scalable marketing frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for regional markets
11. Drive brand equity, customer acquisition, and long-term customer value through integrated, insight-led marketing initiatives
Management Report
1. Create and deliver quarterly report on marketing and events including revenue forecast and projection in comparison to previous reports.
1. Degree marketing management or equivalent.
1. Minimum 5 - 8 years of marketing management.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in regional marketing functions.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing, with hands-on experience in implementing successful campaigns.
4. Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and deriving actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
5. Able to appreciate the nature of accountability, ethics, targets and outcomes.
6. Experienced in developing marketing strategies and identifying new areas of growth/income/exposure
