Our role
The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a central role in the execution, maintenance, and support of our global marketing automation ecosystem. This position focuses on hands-on marketing operations, including building programs and assets in Adobe Marketo Engage, supporting technical integrations, managing the ticketing system, and ensuring reliable day-to-day functioning of digital marketing tools across markets.
The role ensures that marketers can successfully execute campaigns, that systems remain stable and scalable, and that issues are handled quickly and transparently. It contributes directly to improving operational efficiency, data quality, and the performance of marketing technologies.
The Marketing Operations Specialist will help ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality digital marketing execution across the organization by maximizing the value and stability of our marketing automation and related tools.

This role is open for candidates based in Poland (with preference for candidates based in Warsaw).
If you are based in Warsaw or within a 50 km radius of Warsaw, you will be expected to work from our Warsaw office two days per week. If you reside in another Polish city, you will be required to commute to the Warsaw office once per month.
The role involves occasional international travel.
