Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels
  • Coordinate and support marketing activities (seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, etc.,) on logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials
  • Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities
Digital and Social Media Marketing
  • Implement digital marketing activities (content planning, posting, engagement) across a broad range of digital marketing channels (Social Media [Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.], mass mailing, SEO, Google Ads, etc).
  • Manage, maintain and update the company’s website
Content & Communications
  • Prepare marketing content such as brochures, EDMs, social posts, and presentations with use of AI tools to draft, optimize, and personalize marketing content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Marketing & Performance Analysis
  • Use AI and analytics tools to track campaign performance
  • Prepare regular marketing reports
Sales Support
  • Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation activities
  • Manage marketing assets and materials inventory
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
