Job title: Regional Product Marketing Manager

Salary: SGD 6,000 - 7,000

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company seeking a Regional Product Marketing Manager to join their Regional Marketing team in Singapore.

This is a key individual contributor role, reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Digital Marketing Department). The role is responsible for driving regional product marketing strategies across B2B and B2C markets in Asia, working closely with HQ, internal specialists, and sales offices across the region.

The successful incumbent will be hands‑on, commercially driven, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across diverse markets and cultures.

Responsibilities
  1. 1) B2B & B2C Product Marketing
    1. Lead the regional execution of B2B product marketing initiatives, including the development and localisation of marketing content
    2. Collaborate with regional sales offices and partners to implement industry‑specific go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies
    3. Support reseller training and partner enablement, including solution integration
    4. Conduct product testing to identify strengths, gaps, and unique selling propositions (USPs)
    5. Translate product insights into customer‑facing materials for retail and eCommerce channels
    6. Work closely with sales offices to adapt promotions and sales tools for local market requirements
    7. Support eCommerce‑related product marketing initiatives
    8. Apply strategic thinking to product sales performance and inventory planning, working with internal teams to align product positioning, forecast demand trends, and ensure supply availability supports marketing campaigns and business objectives
  2. 2) Loyalty Marketing
    1. Coordinate test marketing initiatives related to customer retention, CRM‑based loyalty campaigns, and post‑purchase strategies
    2. Gather, consolidate, and analyse regional insights on loyalty programme effectiveness
    3. Align with HQ‑led customer engagement strategies to deliver consistent and cohesive customer experiences
  3. 3) Sales Office Collaboration
    1. Act as the regional point of contact for product marketing between HQ and Asia‑Pacific sales offices
    2. Build strong working relationships with local sales and marketing teams to understand market needs and recommend appropriate solutions
    3. Compile, analyse, and report regional market insights and data to relevant stakeholders

Requirements & Preferences
Must
  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in product or segment marketing within the copier, printer, laptop, or office solutions industry
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders
  • Regional experience managing multi‑country stakeholders across Southeast Asia and East Asia
  • Experience with loyalty or CRM‑based marketing initiatives
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures and regional business environments
Advantageous
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related discipline
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators in Asia
  • Familiarity with print solution software
