Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Brand & Digital Marketing)
Job Purpose
The Marketing Assistant supports the Brand and Digital Marketing teams in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across digital, e-commerce, and offline channels. This role is suitable for marketing or digital marketing graduates with a strong interest in brand building, performance marketing, and data-driven execution. The role offers structured exposure to paid media, campaign analytics, and consumer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Paid Marketing Support
- Assist in executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads, including Performance Max and Google Search (SEM)
- TikTok Ads (exposure preferred)
- Support campaign setup, audience targeting, creative coordination, and bidding adjustments under guidance.
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns align with performance objectives and brand direction.
Brand & Content Execution
- Support development and execution of marketing content and campaign assets.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
KOL / Sponsorship Sourcing and Coordination
- Support KOL engagement activities (briefings, schedules, posting follow-ups)
- Track content delivery and consolidate performance outcomes for internal review
Marketing Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and interpret digital marketing performance across channels.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPM, and engagement rate.
- Translate campaign data into meaningful insights, identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Support the development of performance recommendations to improve efficiency, conversion, and return on ad spend.
- Maintain accurate and structured campaign performance trackers and documentation.
E-commerce & Marketplace Support
- Assist in managing and updating product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
- Support campaign mechanics, bundles, and GWP (Gift-With-Purchase) sourcing initiatives.
- Coordinate updates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure execution accuracy.
Offline Marketing & Consumer Activation
- Support execution of roadshows, events, and consumer activation activities.
- Assist with coordination and rollout of point-of-sale (POS) materials and retailer promotional programs.
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day marketing administrative and coordination support.
- Track and consolidate marketing spend and budgets.
- Assist with documentation, invoices, and campaign records management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Internship, project, or academic exposure to marketing, digital campaigns, or social media is an advantage
- Prior exposure to paid ads platforms, e-commerce backends, or influencer marketing is a plus but not mandatory
