A global eyewear company based in Singapore is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to lead trade management and program deployment across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the Health, Pharma, FMCG, or F&B sectors. Responsibilities include developing training plans for Eye Care Professionals, managing trade marketing budgets, and leading product launches. Strong communication skills and creativity in trade program design are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of trade management focusing on designing and deploying of trade activations and below the line programs. As an expert in trade marketing, he / she will develop regional toolkits, annual calendar plans along with country marketing teams. Custodian of trade budget, ensure APAC marketing and commercial objectives and KPIs are met. He / she will cover SEAK, IN, JP and ANZ markets.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and tracking of trade marketing programs & in-country go-to-market trade plans.
Develop training and engagement plans for Eye Care Professionals, Sales, ECP and Store Staff Incentive programs, POS, trade toolkits, trade press,
Conceptualize and deploy B2B events, roadshows, trade fairs and conferences to maximize transitions brand visibility and advocacy
Develop product related communication and technical information not only for in-store but also for online trade portal & trade communications.
Own product launch plans and innovation calendar roll out for the region along with Sr. Marketing Manager to identify key portfolio strategy for the region
Support the APAC Sr Marketing Manager in developing and defining the best product(s) range positioning strategy, pricing recommendation and budget management based on understanding of markets.
Process and coordinate all POs relating to Trade spends with all vendors & suppliers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing / Business studies.7-12 years’ experience in trade marketing. Candidates with experience in Health, Pharma, FMCG or F&B is a plus
Proven acumen in working across multiple business units, maintain and grow executive relationships with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in designing trade programs. Demonstrate discipline and rigor in execution including tracking results, analyzing them and deriving actionable insights
High energy, positive, “can-do” attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail; high degree of initiative
Strong verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively
At ease with technical topics. Able to translate technical product performance into eye care profession & consumer-friendly communications
Be financially astute, aware of budgets while attaining excellent results against plan
