Marcom Manager – Digital Industries

How can your marketing strategies make a difference?

• Develop a compelling annual Marcom plan that aligns seamlessly with our local business growth objectives, setting the stage for success.
• Plan and orchestrate integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns and programs that not only drive awareness but also generate high-quality leads. This includes managing internal and external events, thought leadership on social media, and handling Marcom administrative functions.
• Foster meaningful connections by executing marketing communications through customer meetings, engaging newsletters, and captivating webinars.
• Lead initiatives to execute and meticulously measure the performance of demand generation campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Implement efficient lead and follow-up processes to maximize ROI on Marcom investments.
• Be the steward of the Marcom activities calendar, overseeing budget allocation and expenditure.
• Work closely with vendors and agencies to create compelling localized communications and marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of B2B integrated marketing experience in the automation or software industry.
• Equipped with cross-functional project management skills and a strong teamwork ethos.
• Proven experience in creating targeted content is advantageous.
• Showcase good practice in copywriting and the ability to deliver content effectively across social media platforms.
• Proficiency in using the Eloqua marketing automation platform.
