This role involves executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, and collaborating with teams to align strategies with brand vision. This position offers a salary range of $3,000 - $3,800 plus variable bonus and includes a 5-day work week.

Overview

Marketing Executive | $3,000 - S3,800 + VB

Working days: 5 days | Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Working Location: Pandan Loop (Office Based)

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content).

  • Independently manage the marketing content calendar to meet tight deadlines.

  • Run basic digital advertising (e.g., social media ads) to drive traffic.

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s brand vision and sales targets.

  • Create visually appealing content aligned with the brand.

  • Handle administrative tasks and provide on-ground support for marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns to ensure smooth daily operations of the marketing department.

Critical Requirements
  • Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Mailchimp) and social media management.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or F&B industry preferred.
