A boutique marketing agency in Singapore is seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and create content for client social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role requires proficiency in content creation and analytics, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience will be considered, and the agency promotes a hands-on, team-oriented culture.
Role Summary: As the Social Media Marketing Executive, you execute day-to-day social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok by working alongside the senior executive guidance. This hands-on role focuses on content creation, posting, basic analytics, and supporting our clients in their digital marketing accounts to deliver engagement and results.

Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution
Create compelling, on-brand images, Reels, Stories, and short videos using Capcut & Canva (Plus any relevant tools needed for marketing content)
Work closely with the Senior Executive to produce and create content briefs for the team to work on across client accounts
Must be willing to be featured in marketing content for client accounts, looking for extroverted individuals
Platform Management
Post, monitor, and engage on client Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts daily.
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to maintain basic community engagement.
Basic Campaign Support
Assist in launching and monitoring META and TikTok ads under supervision (set up boosts, track basic performance).
Use tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling, reporting and optimisation
Trend Research & Ideation
Research trending audio, formats, and hashtags relevant to client industries (F&B, services, retail).
Propose content ideas weekly aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
Performance Monitoring
Track daily/weekly metrics (reach, engagement, growth) using platform analytics.
Prepare simple weekly performance summaries (screenshots + key observations) to keep client in the loop on status updates.
Asset Production
Edit photos/videos from client shoots or stock libraries to match direction of proposed/envisioned content.
Will be required to have a very hands on mindset to produce basic visuals and videos with tools such as Canva and Capcut.
Collaborate with designers/videographers on revisions and final assets (If applicable).
Learning & Support
Shadow the internal team on client calls and strategy sessions. Provide feedback/opinion and constructive feedback as and when required.
Assist with on-site content shoots and vendor coordination as needed.
Job Requirements:
Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (SPR) only—no work pass sponsorship.
0–2 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (fresh grads with strong willingness to learn and resourcefulness are welcome).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (personal or project experience).
Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite.
Basic familiarity with social scheduling tools.
Hands-On Mindset:
Strong eye for visual content and trending formats.
Excellent written communication for captions, hooks, and responses.
