Job description

True Group is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the team in planning and coordinating Marketing promotions, collaborations and day‑to‑day liaising with club operations.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with and work closely with respective clubs under the Group. Support and manage all activities and marketing communications required by each club.
  • Support marketing communications activities including A&P campaigns, events, launches, exhibitions, road shows, premium production and digital marketing.
  • Secure and manage collaborations with consumer and trade partners, with the objective of increasing new footfall/leads to the clubs.
  • Assist in securing revenue and/or barter in‑club advertising spaces.
  • Work with the Designer to manage artwork and collateral for marketing, sales, operations and corporate departments.
  • Process invoices and oversee expenditure reports.
  • Prepare post‑evaluation reports on roadshows/events and monthly report summaries.
  • Assist with general administrative duties for the department.
Requirement
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Business / Communications / Arts and Social Science or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • Computer savvy with good presentation skills.
  • Results‑oriented and driven to deliver within limited timelines and budgets.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills and able to multi‑task, work fast, independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A positive and committed team player.
  • Self‑motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment
