A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to enhance their marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for dynamic content creation, managing paid advertising, and contributing to event execution. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives, content creation, and lead generation efforts.
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing marketing activities across content, campaigns, and events. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys creating content, supporting on-ground initiatives, and contributing directly to business growth by funneling leads to the sales team.
Content Creation & Production
Film and edit marketing content for social media, website, and campaigns
Assist with basic video editing, post-production, and content optimisation
Ensure content aligns with Cognitus Academy’s brand and messaging
Content Strategy, Graphic Design and Marketing Support
Support content planning and execution across digital platforms
Assist in developing marketing ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
Monitor basic content and campaign performance and suggest improvements
Paid Advertising & Performance Analytics (Meta Ads)
Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to support enrolment, events, and brand awareness
Create and A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and formats to optimise campaign performance based on performance insights
Monitor ad performance metrics including reach, engagement, CAC, CPL and conversions
Prepare simple performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Events & On-Ground Marketing
Assist with setup and execution of marketing events, workshops, and open houses
Support logistics, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
Capture photo and video content during events for post-event marketing use
Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Support
Support marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads
Help qualify and funnel marketing leads to the sales team
Assist with basic tracking and reporting of leads and campaign outcomes
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or relevant experience/portfolio)
Comfortable with filming and editing content using mobile or camera equipment
Understanding of digital marketing, campaign creation and content strategy
Willingness to support weekend events and on-site activities when required
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast moving environment
Strong communication, teamwork skills and an interest in education
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut)
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics
First 6 months: Tuesday to Saturday (to acclimatise to the team and Saturday operations)
After 6 months: Monday to Friday
Weekdays: 10.30am – 7.30pm
Saturdays: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Annual Leave: 14 days per year + 1 birthday leave
Sick Leave: 14 days paid sick leave, in accordance with MOM guidelines
